Sophia SObiechowski - still lifes

My mother, Sophia, started painting at the age of 65 and continued to be one of the most prolific painters until she died at 84. She was always a creative individual, in thought, word and deed (sewing many of our best outfits while we were growing up) but raising six children was time consuming. She loved still lifes and landscapes but also did a few people, my favorite was the little girl with the sled, as she said the girl reminded her of me. I’ve included it here with the still lifes.
